Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
Domiro (“Domiro”, “we”, “us”) builds property-management software for developers, management companies, and residents. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and platform, why we process it, and the rights you have.
We are the data controller for the data described here. For any privacy question or request, contact us at admin@domiro.app.
1. Data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the service:
- Demo & sales requests: your name, work email, company, role, number of units (optional), preferred contact method, and any message you send us.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Platform accounts: for developers, management companies, guards, and residents — name, email, and the operational data your organization enters (units, requests, payments, meter readings, passes, announcements).
- Technical data: IP address and basic request metadata, used for security and rate-limiting.
2. Why we process it (legal basis)
Under the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you submit a demo request or subscribe to the newsletter.
- Contract — to provide the platform to organizations and their residents.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve it.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to reply to your enquiry and schedule demos, to operate and secure the platform, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers that help us run Domiro, under appropriate data-processing terms:
- Email delivery (Resend) — to send transactional and notification emails.
- Hosting & database infrastructure — to run the application.
- We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep sales and newsletter data for as long as needed to handle your request or until you unsubscribe. Platform data is retained for the life of the account and deleted or anonymized on request, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
7. Cookies
Our website uses only strictly necessary cookies: a language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and, in the platform, a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Contact
To exercise any right or ask a question, email admin@domiro.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
