Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

These terms govern the use of the Domiro platform — the web cabinet and the resident mobile apps (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization (a developer or a property-management company), you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

1. The Service

Domiro provides software for managing residential real estate: sales and handover of units, resident requests and chat, invoices and online payments, meter readings, passes, announcements, documents, and related features. The exact feature set depends on your organization's plan and configuration.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by your organization or by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us or your organization immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use the Service to send spam or abusive content;
  • resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement with us.

4. Content and data

Operational data (requests, readings, payments, documents, announcements) belongs to the organization that entered it and to the residents it concerns. You grant us the rights needed to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at domiro.app/privacy.

5. Payments

Invoices shown in the Service are issued by your management company or developer, not by Domiro. Online payment methods are provided by third-party payment providers; their terms apply to the payment itself.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give organizations reasonable notice of material changes.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domiro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (in the app: Profile → My data → Delete account). Organizations' access is governed by their agreement with us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Contact
